39th Annual National MD-PhD Student Conference-Multiple Registrants

Welcome to the multiple registrants page for the 2024 National MD-PhD Student Conference on July 12th-14th in Breckenridge, CO! Completing this page does NOT register people for the event. Rather, this page is to pay for multiple people to then register at the normal registration page for free. For example, if an administrator is covering the fees for multiple students, they may complete this page and pay for the students here. After receiving their email confirmation, they will be asked to share this confirmation with our conference committee using the email address included on the confirmation email. The committee will then provide them with a code that all individual registrants can use to complete the individual registration and waive the fees at checkout. Each attendee must still register themselves using the normal registration page.

Over the 2.5 day-long conference, you will listen to three featured Keynote speakers, a Diversity Speaker, scientific oral presentations, and posters from students representing over 80 different institutions, as well as participate in breakout sessions, diversity discussions, and network with Directors and Administrators from various Physician Scientist Training Programs.

Important dates: June 14th (registration deadline), June 3rd (abstract submission deadline for posters), May 17th (abstract submission deadline for oral presentations and/or travel awards), June 21st (cancellation without refund).
