39th Annual National MD-PhD Student Conference

Welcome to the registration page for the 2024 National MD-PhD Student Conference on July 12th-14th in Breckenridge, CO! Over 2.5 days you'll listen to 3 featured Keynote speakers, a Diversity Speaker, scientific oral presentations, and posters from students representing over 80 different institutions, as well as participate in breakout sessions, diversity discussions, and network with Directors and Administrators from various Physician Scientist Training Programs.

Important dates: June 14th (registration deadline), June 3rd (abstract submission deadline for posters), May 17th (abstract submission deadline for oral presentations and/or travel awards), June 21st (cancellation without refund).

Important Note: Please also fill out the MD-PhD Attendee Survey given in your email confirmation after registering here. The MD-PhD Attendee is for NIH reporting purposes and is required to submit an abstract for an oral presentation or poster, or to be considered for a travel award.

If you are an administrator looking to pay for attendee(s), please use our "Multiple Registrants" registration found here. After payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation and will be asked to share this confirmation with our conference committee using the email address included in the email confirmation. When you email the committee, they will provide you with a code that all individual registrants should then use to complete the individual registration. Each student must still register using the normal registration page but can use the code we send to waive their fee at checkout.
