December CANDO meeting: Disability Law Colorado update; vaccine access for people with disabilities

• Disability Law Colorado staff will present an overview of DLC as an agency and the services it provides, and will also share a ‘hot topic’ presentation on supported decision making as a tool to help individuals with disabilities avoid and/or modify guardianships.
• The Administration on Community Living (ACL) provided grant funding to JFK Partners’ UCEDD, Disability Law Colorado, and Colorado Developmental Disability Council to improve vaccine access for people with disabilities. The three agencies are working collaboratively to address this need in underserved regions of the state.
