Rushed Enrollment Verification

The Office of the Registrar will be operating remotely only on Friday 12/19, Monday 12/22, & Tuesday 12/23. We will then be closed from December 24th – January 2nd for winter break.

Starting today: Any mailed Beth El transcript orders, mailed rushed enrollment verifications, notarized diploma orders, or rushed diploma orders being shipped to campus will not be received/processed until we return to the office on Monday, January 5th. Thank you!

This is to verify student status (academic load, major, and/or expected graduation).

Students can have a report detailing semester credit load, specific class schedules, expected graduation, whether classes were completed using the online only format, etc. Guaranteed same day processing if ordered by 3pm Mountain Time Monday-Friday, not including office closures. Please see registrar.uccs.edu for any potential office closures.
