GEOMBINATORICS, a research quarterly

Nearly all mathematical journals publish results of finished research. Geombinatorics is different: its emphasis is on research in progress by pubishing essays that pose problems, justify the excitement these problems provide, include partial results, conjectures, and bibliography.
