2026 RMACC HPC Symposium Sponsorship

The RMACC HPC Symposium will be held May 12-14, 2026. All sponsors will receive national recognition for helping RMACC host this symposium at low cost to attendees.

$1000 - Gold - Table, Recognition, 2 registrants, 1 parking permit, opportunity to propose a topic- 30 minute technical talk (topic of your choice)

$3500 - Platinum - Table, Recognition, 4 registrants, one 30 minute technical talk (topic of your choice) or one 60-90 minute tutorial (topic of your choice), 2 parking permits

$7500 - Diamond - Table, Recognition, 6 registrants, one 60-90 minute tutorial (topic of your choice) and one 30 minute technical talk (topic of your choice), 3 parking permits

$10000 - Double Diamond - Please contact RMACC for description

$2000 - Meal sponsorship - Table, Recognition, 2 registrants, one 30 minute talk or one 60-90 minute tutorial (topic of your choice), 1 parking permit, signage at meal and on program denoting meal sponsorship.

$5000 - Reception Sponsor - Table, 5 registrants, Welcome presentation at reception, one 30 minute talk, 3 parking permits. Receptions will be held at varying locations in close proximity to the rest of the symposium. Please contact RMACC to discuss options on reception locations.
