2025 RMACC HPC Symposium Sponsorship

The RMACC HPC Symposium will be held May 20-22, 2025. All attendees will receive National recognition for helping RMACC host this symposium at low cost to attendees.

$1000 - Gold - Table, Recognition, 2 registrants, 1 parking permit, opportunity to propose a topic- 30 minute talk (priority will be given to talks that fit into the 2025 tracks)

$3500 - Platinum - Table, Recognition, 4 registrants, 1 30 minute talk or 1 60-90 minute tutorial, 2 parking permits

$7500 - Diamond - Table, Recognition, 6 registrants, 1 tutorial and 1 30 minute talk, 3 parking permits

$2000 - Meal sponsorship - Table, Recognition, 3 registrants, one 30 minute talk or 1 60-90 minute tutorial, 1 parking permit

$5000 - Reception Sponsor - Table, 5 registrants, Welcome presentation at reception, opportunity to propose a topic - 30 minute talk or 1 60-90 minute tutorial (priority will be given to talks that fit into the 2025 tracks), 3 parking permits. Receptions will be held at varying locations on campus near the Wolf Law School. Please contact RMACC to discuss options on reception locations.
