Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Residency Application Fee

Each applicant to the University of Colorado Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy Residency in Partnership with UCHealth is required to complete the application and pay the supplemental fee of $75. Failure to pay the application fee will result in your application being considered incomplete.
