Introduction to QuPath

The workshop will be held 6/23/26-6/25/26 8am-12pm in Education 2 North, Computer Lab 2201DE or on Zoom – this is a hybrid event and everyone who registers will have the option to be either in person or on Zoom. If you choose to attend via Zoom, you will need to install QuPath prior to the workshop.

Introduction to QuPath
This is a 3 half-day workshop, which will make you familiar with simple functions in QuPath: you will learn things from how to create a project to how to perform your analysis and export data.
