Colorado LIFTS: Advancing Colorado’s behavioral health care through system change - Webinar - June 8, 9:00-10:30 a.m. (MT)

Navigating mental health and substance use services is often challenging for both patients and providers. Colorado’s behavioral health system is in the midst of a transformational shift. Our previously fragmented system caused delays, inefficiencies, and unmet needs, especially for underserved populations. In July 2025, the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) launched the Colorado LIFTS Network, administered by system partners known as Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organizations (BHASOs). The Colorado LIFTS Network streamlines the provision of behavioral health safety-net services for individuals who are under- or uninsured. Presenters will share the history and function of the new BHASO model and the Colorado LIFTS network. They will demonstrate how providers and community members can navigate this new system, and share various resources for children, youth, and families.
