Traffic Accident Report Request

PAYMENT FOR POLICE RECORDS REQUEST MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REQUEST. Request will NOT be processed until payment in full is received. 

Victims of a crime may receive a copy of a police report without charge.  
Others are required to pay the cost of providing the record; see fee schedule on "POLICE RECORDS REQUEST" form.

Refunds will not be granted after records request has been submitted and payment in full is received.
