Sexual Assault Awareness 5k Run

Join us for the Sexual Assault Awareness 5K Run on April 19th at the Visual Arts Center (VAC) Plaza near the UMC! Check-in and tabling will begin at 10:30 AM, with the race starting at 11:00 AM. The course will run around campus, and participants are welcome to run, jog, or walk. All are encouraged to come out and show support.

This is a timed race, with medals awarded to the top 5 finishers and the top 100 participants overall. All runners will receive a race bib, and attendees can enjoy free merchandise from tabling vendors as well as sandwiches provided after the race.

Tickets are available for purchase online and day-of (Student: $5, Community: $10). Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival. EMTs will be present on-site to support participant safety.

This event is held in support of Colorado MESA. Participants are encouraged to learn more about their work and continue supporting their mission as a local nonprofit driving positive change in the community.
