Cancellations & Refunds

• To receive a refund (minus a $50 processing fee), a written notice of cancellation must be submitted to employerrelations@ucdenver.edu via email by 5 p.m. MT on April 10, 2026.
• Cancellations after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Please note: We will not cancel the event due to a power outage at your location. If your power goes out during the fair, please connect with employerrelations@ucdenver.edu in order to receive a student interest list.

In the event of a power or internet outage, or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the event from taking place, no refunds will be made.
