Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please email

. Payments for cancellations made prior to June 16, 2026 will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Payments for cancellations made after June 16, 2026 will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations are only available through Thursday, July 9, 2026. If you need to modify any portion of your registration, please contact the conference organizers at

Registrants (including all attendees, presenters, sponsors and staff) of the Badge Summit @ CU Boulder events agree to allow Badge Summit to photograph and record them in the context of the conference and related events. Footage may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials, including the Virtual Badge Summit and encore presentations of conference learning and sharing.
