AI in QuPath: From Pixels to Proven Results

The workshop will be held 5/20-5/22 in computer lab ED2N P28-CTL-2201 or online – this a hybrid event and everyone who registers will have the option to be either in person or on Zoom. If you choose to attend via Zoom, you will need to install QuPath prior to the workshop.

This is a 3 half-day workshop, which will make you familiar with simple functions in QuPath: you will learn things from how to create a project to how to perform your analysis and export data.

AI in QuPath: From Pixels to Proven Results
Accelerate whole-slide analysis with QuPath and modern AI. In this hands-on hybrid workshop, you’ll learn to build a reproducible pipeline—from raw WSIs to quality-checked results—using InstanSeg, StarDist, and Cellpose.

Prerequisites

• Working knowledge of QuPath
• Familiarity with QuPath’s basic pixel/object classifiers (helpful but not required)

We will:

• Cover the fundamentals of InstanSeg, StarDist, and Cellpose
• Practice with guided exercises for each tool
• Learn how to automate batch analysis and QC using scripts
• Export features for statistics, machine learning, and downstream modeling
