VitalCog Trainer Recertification Fee

Trainer Recertification Fees are due every three years from Trainers certified by the Johnson Depression Center who would like to recertify as a trainer.   

Full refunds until 6 days before the event, partial refunds until 24 hours before the event. No refunds within 24 hours of the event. Rescheduling is available with more than 24 hours’ notice.
