Cancellations & Refunds

• To receive a refund (minus a $50 processing fee), a written notice of cancellation must be submitted to Mikaila Kinsland via email by 5 p.m. MT on April 1, 2025.
• Cancellations after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Please note: We will not cancel the event due to a power outage at your location. If your power goes out during the fair, please email joan.fishburn@ucdenver.edu in order to receive a student interest list.
