40th Annual National MD-PhD Student Conference

Welcome to the registration page for the 40th annual MD/PhD Student Conference to occur in Breckenridge, Colorado from July 11th through July 13th, 2025. This one-of-a-kind conference offers trainees unique opportunities to hear about the MD/PhD pathway from renowned keynote speakers, to meet and share science with peers from institutions across the country, and to network with current PSTP programs in a wide variety of specialties.

Registrants will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the registrant survey. All registrants are required to complete this survey prior to attending the conference.

Registration Rates:
Early Registration (by 4/15/2025): $500.00
Regular Registration (04/16/2025 – 06/01/2025): $550.00

Registration includes access to four keynote speeches, two additional topical speaker sessions, a PSTP Career Panel Session, Various Student Oral Presentation sessions, and two Poster and Social Hour sessions. Conference attendees receive lunch and dinner on Friday, July 11th; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, July 12th; and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, July 13th.

Travel awards are available to a limited number of attendees and are awarded based on demonstrated need as well as scientific merit of submitted abstracts. Additional details will be provided in the registration verification email.
