Cancellations & Refunds

• To receive a refund (minus a $50 processing fee), a written notice of cancellation must be submitted to Mikaila Kinsland via email by 5 p.m. MT on March 19, 2025.
• Cancellations after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Please note: In the event of a campus closure due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the fair will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Registered participants will be notified by 7 a.m. on the day of the event.
