University of Colorado Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency Program Application Fee

Each applicant to the CU Pediatric Residency program is required to complete the RF-PTCAS application and pay the supplemental fee of $80. Failure to pay the supplemental application fee will result in your application being considered incomplete.  This fee is non-refundable.
