Lunch with the Boss
A small group of students will have the opportunity to sit down with an employer supervisor, recruiter or boss who can give direct insight into their company and industry. It is a great time for students to gain insight with an industry expert on your hiring practices, what you are looking for in an applicant, dialog with an expert where insightful questions can be explored on each side, and they can receive your business card. Get to know students interested in your industry on a personal level!  You could find the perfect candidate for an open position in this private lunch experience. The on-campus lunch location is Clyde’s Gastropub right across the hall from the T. Rowe Price Career and Innovation Center! The group invited will not exceed 4 students and we will find the students for you! 

Career Fair 
The T. Rowe Price Career and Innovation Center holds university-wide career fairs bringing students together from every college and career, allowing you direct access to the next generation of employees. T Rowe Price Career Center Exclusive Partners are provided corporate branding at the event, premium tabling opportunities, badges, digital presence prior to the event, and corporate logo as a premier sponsor. 

Engage Sessions
Engage Sessions offer a dynamic platform for employers to connect with UCCS students in meaningful ways, enhancing both educational and recruitment efforts. These sessions provide the opportunity to choose to conduct workshops on key topics such as job opportunities and your hiring process, address career readiness, salary negotiation or other topics you deem important, or discuss DEI awareness and company culture specific to your organization.

This is a great opportunity to share personal stories and experiences from your employees to further engage students. These sessions are designed to create impactful interactions, fostering connections between employers and the UCCS student community.

UCCS Career Week Participant
Join the career center to be a part of a panel or as a resume reviewer during the university wide Career Week held once a semester.  The university will be buzzing with departments and colleges spreading career offerings across the campus. Represent your company and meet our students participating in one of our career panels or resume review workshops.

Diversity Networking Event
Every fall, the Career Center will hold a two-part networking event held specifically for DEI-targeted students. The first part of the event is meant to be a “Preparation and Coaching Resource Fair,” where employers can engage with students in an informal setting. Initiatives like resume reviews, interview tips, roundtable discussion on DEI topics, and networking tips are shared between employers and students. Then, the second part of the event turns into the actual networking event, where students mingle with employers and network for opportunities. Included offices: MOSAIC, Inclusive Services, Disability Services, Veteran and Military Affairs, International Office, Student Athletes, and other student organization affinity groups.      
  
Employer Tabling Sessions
Employers have a table set up outside the T. Rowe Price Career and Innovation Center to network and talk to students as they go to the university center for classes, events, and resources.

Handshake Digital Connection: 
Connect with all 12,000 undergraduates, graduates, and alumni! Available only to employer partners, the Handshake Digital Connection offers log-in access to Handshake to post new opportunities and build brand awareness on our in-house, digital platform.

Company Branding and Marketing:

• Digital ads of an open position or feature your company logo on TVs directly outside and inside of the T. Rowe Price Career and Innovation Center each semester
• Company logo on T. Rowe Price Career and Innovation website for the academic year
• Company ads in our newsletter each semester
