43rd Annual Run-A-MUC 5K Race

Run-A-MUC: Waiver Agreement
In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge the University of Mount Union, the City of Alliance and other sponsors for all claims, damages, demands, and actions whatsoever in any manner arising or growing from my participation in said athletic event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
