If your order is not picked up within 30 days, a $50 administrative fee wil be added to the total amount due.

When entering COA account field, use Account # 57803 for UCSF Campus, and Account # 75700 for UCSF Health

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Parking validation purchases are non-refundable and are intended for UCSF patients and visitors. UCSF departments are required to maintain a UCSF Parking Validation Issuance Log. UCSF Transportation may audit the issuance log to ensure departmental compliance with University policy.
