Course Description

With so many dietary supplements and herbal products available, how do you know what works—and what’s safe? Taught by UCSF clinical pharmacy faculty, this 4-week course will offer practical, evidence-based guidance for choosing supplements wisely. Explore the potential benefits and risks of popular supplements and herbs for longevity, heart and bone health, and more, including what to know about quality, safety, and medication interactions.
