Breastfeeding and the First Few Months (Virtual) two part series starting Dec 8

This two-part virtual series is designed to help expectant parents prepare for breastfeeding and the early months of caring for a newborn. Participants will receive practical information about breastfeeding basics, feeding expectations, newborn care, and what to anticipate during the first few months after birth. The series also offers helpful guidance to support parents as they build confidence and adjust to life with their new baby.

Part One introduces essential breastfeeding and early newborn-care topics. Part Two, held the following week, builds on the information covered in the first session and provides additional guidance for navigating breastfeeding and the early postpartum months.
