This small group training course is designed to support women at any stage of pregnancy. This program consists of 50-minute full-body strength-based circuit training sessions twice per week, tailored to support both the second and third trimester needs.
 
Each class will incorporate education on pregnancy-specific fitness topics, breathwork, and mobility for postural alignment and core activation; strength and cardio circuits adapted to trimester-specific focus; and a cooldown with emphasis on pelvic floor awareness and relaxation.
