This small group training course is designed to support women in any stage of pregnancy. This program consists of 50-minute full-body strength-based circuit training sessions twice per week tailored to support both second and third trimester needs.
 
Each class will incorporate education on pregnancy-specific fitness topics, breath work and mobility for postural alignment and core activation, strength and cardio circuits adapted to trimester-specific focus, and a cooldown with emphasis on pelvic floor awareness and relaxation.
