Diploma Mailing - Past Graduate

All past graduates who would like their diploma or certificate mailed must submit payment via this online store. If you still have access to your UCSF Student Portal, please also update your mailing address in your student profile to avoid delays in processing.

Note that this is NOT for diploma or certificate reissues. If you need a reissue, please visit our website for information.

We ship diplomas and certificates destined to U.S. addresses by U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please track delivery of your diploma after you receive a mailing notification.

Any diplomas or certificates returned as undeliverable will be charged a $25 fee for a subsequent mailing attempt. Ensure that you are using proper capitalization and spelling in your address.

All Summer 2025 and past diplomas and certificates are available for mailing if you haven't already picked yours up or requested prior mailing.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MAILING REQUESTS FOR FALL 2025 or future quarters as these diplomas and certificates are not yet available. The Office of the Registrar will reach out via email when they become available.

Please ensure that your personal email address and mailing address in your Student Portal are updated. ANY PURCHASES MADE FOR PROGRAMS IN THE FALL 2025 OR FUTURE COHORT WILL BE CANCELED.
