Diploma Mailing - Past Graduate

All past graduates who would like their diploma mailed must submit payment via this online store. If you still have access to your UCSF Student Portal, please also update your mailing address in your student profile to avoid delays in processing.

Note that this is NOT for diploma reissues/reorders. If you need a diploma reissue, please visit our website for information.

We ship diplomas destined to U.S. addresses by U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. If is your responsibility to track delivery of your diploma after you receive a mailing notification.

Any diplomas returned as undeliverable will be charged a $25 fee for a second mailing attempt.
