Proctoring Accuplacer tests @ SWOSU, Weatherford for another institution ($10 each)

$10 Administrative Fee for each Accuplacer Test

To have an Accuplacer Test proctored at SWOSU when the score report will be sent to another institution:

1. You are required to call your institution's test center to request an Accuplacer voucher before you can test at SWOSU.
2. There is a $10 proctoring fee for each test.
3. If your institution refuses to provide a voucher, there is an additional $20 fee.
