National League of Nursing NACE Test Proctor Fees_Monthly Testing

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR A NACE APPOINTMENT UNLESS IT HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY FACULTY (effective 5/9/2025).

Please read this entire page as registering to take the NACE exam is a two-step process. 



***NOTE REGARDING THE LPN TO BSN PROGRAM:

Starting with Spring 2026 admission/enrollment, SWOSU  no longer requires exams for admission to the LPN-BSN program.  Advanced standing credits for NURS 3236, NURS 4376, NURS 3256, NURS 4356, and NURS 3156 will be met by verifying the student's LPN license.  This will cost a fee of $150 (subject to change).  The expectation is to send an advanced standing form after a student completes the 1st 8 weeks of the program.

If you want to apply for admissions into the RN to BSN program at Southwestern, but did not graduate from an ACEN (formerly NLNAC), CCNE, or NLN-CNEA at the time of your full completion of the program, you must pass the following tests with a score of 70 or higher:

Step 1. Create an account and purchase your exam(s) at  www.nlntest.org

***The SWOSU Testing Center will have access to your scores and will send them to SWOSU Nursing faculty. Test scores are valid for three years.

***When purchasing your exam, be sure to select the month that you would like to test. You will actually schedule the date and time that you prefer when you complete this Marketplace registration. Also, please keep in mind that all exams need to be completed by 4:00 p.m.


Step 2. Return to this SWOSU Marketplace registration page as soon as possible after purchasing your exam. Scroll down to the "Register" button on the bottom right, (then you'll scroll down again) There you will complete a form where you'll schedule the date and time of arrival, and pay the testing PROCTOR FEE(s). You must register at least 24 hours in advance. You are allowed to take more than one test on the same day if you prefer. 

***When testing at the application deadline, there is no guarantee that scores will be submitted on time.

SWOSU REFUND POLICY:

* There is no refund for the Proctor Fee(s) for "no shows" or for rescheduling with less than 24 hour's notice.  Call 580-774-7084 to reschedule your test.
