WELCOME - In addition to our signature Cheddars: The Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar (2016 ACS award winner), Porter Soaked Cheddar, Cider Soaked Cheddar, Rosé and the Pinot Noir Soaked Cheddar, we produce Swiss and Smoked Swiss, Provolone and Smoked Provolone.

NEW RELEASES - We've also just released our line of Gouda (Regular, Smoked, and Regular Waxed).  And finally, we would like to introduce our newest member to our line of great cheeses: Smoked Gochu Cheddar. This Cheddar is made with a Korean Red Chile Flakes, then smoked with apple wood.
