Oregon State University’s 2025 Cheesemaking Workshop will address market trends, innovations, and regulatory updates shaping the Northwest cheese sector. Hosted by OSU’s Arbuthnot Dairy Center, this two-day course will cover the science and technology of cheese manufacturing. It is designed for individuals involved in artisanal, small-scale, or medium- to large-scale cheese production, as both production scales will be addressed. The course is also valuable for suppliers, regulators, producers of starter cultures and enzymes, and students who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the cheesemaking process.
