Beaver Classic is a brand of products created by students at Oregon State University’s College of Agricultural Sciences under the guidance of world-renowned experts in agricultural sciences.

**When you order your Beaver Classic products you have the option to have them shipped to your home or you can pick up the order in person on campus.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays due to perishability. Orders that include cheese must be placed before 8am on Tuesdays to be shipped out the same week. Beaver Classic will use discretion if possibility of shipping is reasonable outside of these parameters. Orders are always available for pickup on campus. 

*UPDATE: Due to low inventory, we will not be able to sell Dill Garlic Cheddar a la carte until the new creamery is able to produce more. Dill Garlic is still available in both of our holiday boxes!

Please note orders that include cheese must be received by 8am (PST) on Tuesdays to be sent the same week. Orders are always available for pick up on campus.

Delivery orders placed after Nov 22nd are not guaranteed to arrive by Nov 28 (Thanksgiving day). Orders may be delayed due to high volume of the holiday season. Shipping delays that are not under our control could affect delivery of your order.
