Sharks of Oregon [brochure]

Worldwide, there are more than 400 species of sharks. Fifteen of them inhabit the waters off the Oregon coast at least part of each year. This new color brochure from Oregon Sea Grant contains illustrations and descriptions of each species, focusing on the size and distinguishing characteristics of the sharks and the habitats for avoiding shark attacks. Useful alone, the brochure is also a perfect companion to our Sharks of Oregon poster. The watercolor illustrations were done exclusively for Oregon Sea Grant by North Carolina wildlife illustrator Duane Raver.
