Agreement of Understanding/Waiver:

Member has reviewed the Member Guide & Policies (menu at top left of page)
Member agrees to abide by the policies of Campus Recreation
Membership entitles member to Campus Recreation and the use of its facilities – access to programs and services vary.
Membership cannot be transferred.
Membership cannot be cancelled except under extreme circumstances.
Member must show valid photo ID at the Welcome Desk at time of first visit.
Member’s failure to use facilities will not relieve member of the obligation of their membership.
All personal training must be arranged through Campus Recreation. Unauthorized personal training may result in termination of membership.
Upon prior notice, member understands that Campus Rec and the Swinney Center may be closed to members and guests for maintenance and select University events.
Member agrees to abide by and comport to Rules of Conduct specified in the Campus Rec Member manual and rules posted in the Swinney Center.
Member agrees all activities and use of facility shall be undertaken at member’s risk and represents they are physically able to undertake activities required to use facilities and THE CURATORS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to member or member’s property arising out of, or connected with, the use of any services and facilities of Campus Rec or the premises where the same are located. Member does herby expressly further release and discharge THE CURATORS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI and its employees and agents from all such injuries or damages.
