Welcome to the Department of Conference Services! All special campus events and external events are coordinated through the Conference Services Department which include external Rentals and Permits of any external conferences & meetings, special events, academic camps & clinics and photography permits being held on SUNY Maritime's campus grounds. The department maintains a campus calendar of events and conducts weekly meetings with an internal departmental staff consisting of; Facilities, University Police, IT, the Regiment, Athletics, Student Affairs, Purchasing, and Chartwells Catering, to ensure all event needs are met and harmonized. Planning your upcoming event SUNY Maritime's campus is an excellent venue to host your event.
