Maritime College's adult classes are for individuals over the age of 16 who are looking to continue swimming. There are private lessons, group lessons and evening lap swims.
6 months- 3 years old Join us for fun activities that teach infants to feel comfortable in the water. Parents will learn to hold and support infants properly as their child explores breath control, floating, and changing body positions while "moving" through the water. Parent/guardian are required to be in the water with child. A great way to build a stronger connection while learning lifesaving skills. Â
