Culinary - Flavors from the Nile, Adult Class - July 18th 2026 10am-12pm

Transport your kitchen to the vibrant flavors of the Middle East in this hands-on adult cooking class. You’ll learn to build bold, aromatic dishes using classic spices and techniques while creating a beautifully balanced menu from start to finish.

Together, we’ll prepare spiced dukkha-crusted chicken paired with a creamy tahini yogurt sauce, alongside roasted carrots with harissa, honey, and pistachios, and a fresh and bright Salata Baladi. You’ll also master fragrant lemon and saffron rice with toasted almonds and herbs, the perfect accompaniment to the meal. We’ll finish on a sweet note with crisp, buttery baklava.
Along the way, you’ll gain confidence working with spices, balancing flavors, and creating dishes that are both approachable and impressive—perfect for entertaining or elevating your everyday cooking.
