Culinary- Saturday, August 31st 10am-12pm- The Pacific Treasure-Ahi Tuna

The Pacific Treasure-Ahi Tuna: Come with us  on a culinary journey with the most prized fish of the Blue Pacific . We will create a traditional Japanese Ahi Tuna SAHSHIMI ROLL (SUSHI) with fresh pickled Ginger and a Sunomono dressing, SANBAIZU. Across the Pacific to the Hawaiian Islands to make Poke, and finally back to the West Coast to create an Asian Fusion Treasure, Sesame Seared Ahi with Spicy Pickled Cucumber Noodles.
