Camp Bluegrass 2025 Tuition (Pay in Full)

Each registration must be accompanied by a $325.00 deposit (fully refundable until May 1, 2025). You may also pay the full amount (fully refundable until May 1. On May 1, 2025, the amount paid is refundable minus the $325 deposit). Please make checks payable to South Plains College.

TUITION
For those who do not want room and board, the cost for the five days of instruction and activities is $600.00 per person.

MEALS and LODGING
Meals and lodging are available in SPC’s residence halls. Each room is air-conditioned, carpeted and contains two twin beds. These rooms are in the newest dorms at South Plains College and quite comfortable, but those unfamiliar with college dorms may find them a bit austere.

Be sure to bring bed linens, pillows, towels, and perhaps a reading lamp, as these are not provided. The cost for meals ($130.00) and lodging for the week (5 nights = $50.00) is $180.00 per person based on double occupancy. A limited number of single-occupancy rooms are available for an additional charge. A single occupancy room for five nights will be $100.00. Single occupancy with a meal ticket will be $230.00 for the five days.

RV HOOKUPS
Water and electricity hookups for a limited number of recreational vehicles are available on campus on lighted, level sites within walking distance of workshop classes. RV hookups are $15.00 per day. Meals may be purchased in the college dining hall at an additional package price of $130.00.

SHUTTLES AND EARLY ARRIVALS

Early Arrivals
Please plan your arrival for 1:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2025. Dorm rooms will be assigned at this time. There is no lodging available in the dorms before this time.

Free Sunday Airport Shuttle
There will be shuttle service available at the following times at Lubbock International Airport. Please arrange your flight to arrive near one of these times:

• 12:00 noon
• 3:00 p.m.
• 6:00 p.m.

Look for white ‘South Plains College’ vans parked at the curb near the arrival doors.
