Foodservice and Personnel Management helps students build practical skills in recipe standardization, food production, meal service, menu modification, and quality improvement to support safe, efficient foodservice operations. This is the first of two foodservice management courses in the Dietary Manager Training Program.
This course is one of three required courses for students completing ANFP Pathway IIIb and includes only online coursework. Students may also use this course to satisfy requirements for ANFP Pathways II and V.
