Join us at the Tony & Libba Rane Culinary Science Center for a hands-on sushi making class. Chef Kelly Viall will teach guests techniques in how to make the perfect sushi rice and sauces that you love at the sushi bar. You will learn the proper way to handle raw sushi grade fish and get to make your very own sushi roll to eat. Then go home with your own sushi-making kit.
