Registration is now open for our Spring 2026 Practical Beekeeping Workshop hosted by the Auburn Bee Center and Alabama Cooperative Extension Service in Auburn, AL! Enrollment is open to the first 50 registrants and the cost is $40 per person. Here are the details:

Location: Auburn University Beef Teaching Center, 500 Shug Jordan Pkwy, Auburn, AL 36849
Cost: $40 per person
Refreshments and lunch are included in the cost of registration.
Deadline to register: March 7th
Last date to cancel for a refund is March 21, 2026.
Workshop sessions will be split by experience levels; beginner and advanced, please indicate which track you want to participate in during the registration process. Sessions for both levels: Varroa management (monitoring and control)
Beginner: Setting up an apiary and equipment, installing packages and nucs, feeding colonies
Advanced: Recognizing and managing diseases, splitting colonies and swarm prevention, queen rearing
