The Affordable Housing Professional Certificate Program, hosted by The Winchester Institute for Real Estate Development at Auburn University, is a five-day immersive training experience designed to equip professionals with the skills, strategies, and relationships to shape the next generation of equitable, resilient housing.

Participants will take part in an intensive mix of lectures, real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, and team-based development projects that culminate in a capstone presentation before a mock Investment Committee.
