This is a fun-filled, high-energy camp experience designed to introduce young athletes to the exciting world of sports while building confidence, coordination, teamwork, and healthy habits. Campers will explore age-appropriate sports techniques through playful drills, mini-games, obstacle courses, and team challenges. Campers will learn the basic skills of popular sports such as running, throwing, kicking, catching, and balancing while practicing good sportsmanship and encouraging one another.
