Arkansas State University, with support from Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI) of Jonesboro, will host a week-long coding camp for students who are rising 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades for the upcoming year, 2024-2025. This camp will be offered as a “Day” camp from June 9th-13th, OR as a residential camp (overnight lodging on campus) from June 9th-13th. The overnight capers will hosted in residential housing for the camp at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Join your peers as we embark on a programming adventure and learn the fundamentals of computer programming. The camp will focus on creating a hands-on programming experience and introduce participants to the many facets of computer programming. Learn how to apply programming to problems in many different disciplines. Programmable Tello EDU drones will be used to provide a platform for learning the Python 3.7 programming language. Scholarships are available. Students will be accepted in the order they register.
